“Workshop for 18 on Tuesday. Room, lunch and AV, please.”
Your workplace.Working as one.
nCore turns workplace requests and company knowledge into clear plans, coordinated services and verified outcomes.
Built for the teams
behind a better workday.
Less chasing.
More moving forward.
A workshop. An urgent repair. A new starter.
See how one request brings the right context, people and next steps together.
Three services.
One coordinated plan.
Not another conversation.
A way forward.
Change the request. Challenge the budget. Inspect the evidence. See how a well-run office makes the next decision.
A workshop is not
just a lunch order.
Connect headcount, meeting-room capacity and AV requirements before choosing a catering plan.
A single request creates three dependent tasks. Confirm the room before arranging delivery.

A thousand details.
One less thing
on your mind.
All the moving parts.
Finally, moving together.
Keep your trusted suppliers. Bring their work, your policies and employee requests into the same operating context.
Ready for the next
working day.
Coordinate recurring cleaning, one-off deep cleans and workplace issues around the actual way your team uses the office.
It understands
why the next
step matters.
A request rarely contains everything needed to act. The intelligence is in knowing what to check, what depends on what, and when to ask a person.
Context that belongs to your office −
Retrieve the relevant clause, approved supplier, room capacity and service history. Keep source dates visible and flag gaps rather than inventing an answer.
Decisions with dependencies +
Connect tasks in the right order: approval before purchase, access before attendance, verification before closure. Re-evaluate the plan when a dependency changes.
Boundaries that stay in place +
Apply spend limits, supplier requirements and access permissions outside the generated response. Escalate uncertain or exceptional work with the supporting facts.
Learning from recurring friction +
Surface repeated failures, missed commitments and inconsistent instructions across offices. Proposed process improvements stay reviewable by your team.

Supplier intelligence
Compare scope, availability and approvals—not just the lowest quote.
Portfolio perspective
Find recurring service issues and exceptions across locations.
Delegate the work.
Keep the authority.
Choose what the system may prepare, what needs a person, and what can proceed within an approved operating policy.
Let the plan earn your trust.
Your tools.
A more connected team.
Meet employees where requests begin. Connect the approved context needed to coordinate the work.
Proposed integration architecture. No accounts are connected in this website; availability and permissions must be verified during implementation.
More space for the work that matters.I want to spend less time chasing the office—and more time looking after the people in it.
One place to see the request, the owner and the next update—without sending another follow-up.
What is the cost
of “just following up”?
Coordination adds up one request at a time. Explore a transparent estimate using your own assumptions.
Time spent clarifying requests, coordinating owners and chasing updates.

Is this just another workplace chatbot?+
The proposed platform goes beyond answering questions. It uses office context to prepare a plan, identify approval requirements, coordinate the responsible people and track evidence of completion. The interactive scenarios demonstrate that decision structure.
Can we keep our existing suppliers?+
Yes—that is the intended operating model. Your approved suppliers, service scope, insurance requirements and access instructions form part of the office context. Any new supplier still needs your normal checks.
What would the AI be allowed to do?+
Start with analysis and drafts. In a connected implementation, only explicitly approved actions should execute automatically. Spending exceptions, sensitive access changes, uncertain information and safety issues stay behind the appropriate review or escalation boundary.
Does this replace the people doing the work?+
No. Cleaners, technicians, office teams and managers still provide and oversee services. The platform is designed to reduce the coordination between them, not pretend physical work can be completed by a language model.
How do you prevent incorrect decisions?+
A production implementation needs current source records, deterministic permission checks, scenario evaluation and human review for exceptions. AI output is not proof of a fact. Missing or conflicting evidence should block a commitment rather than produce a confident guess.
Does it support multiple offices?+
The business is designed around location-specific policies, suppliers, budgets and access. A shared view can surface exceptions across offices without treating every building as if it had the same rules.
Can I connect a workspace on this website?+
Not yet. The demonstrations use fictional records and run locally in your browser. No Slack account, supplier, payment service or real AI model is connected. The operating-plan builder creates a document on your device; it does not send an enquiry.
